Brian Kruger

Brian J. Kruger attended the University of Florida, where he obtained a Bachelor Of Arts in History, as well as a State of Florida teaching certificate, which he used for a year of teaching secondary school between undergraduate and law school. Brian then graduated UF Law School, where he taught Legal Research and Writing as a student instructor.


Brian was a staff attorney and the eventual president of The Law Source, Inc., at which he worked between 1984 and its winding up in 2012. In addition to drafting pleadings, motions, and memoranda filed at the trial level in federal and state courts (in Florida, Georgia, Maryland, and Virginia), Brian wrote appellate briefs filed in all five Florida district courts of appeal, the state supreme court, the federal Eleventh and Ninth Circuit courts of appeals, and the United States supreme court.



Brian J. Kruger practices with the firm of Luis E. Insignares, P.A., focusing on legal research in substantive and procedural issues in family law, and the firm’s appellate cases.
