Attorney Luis E. Insignares published author in Florida dissolution of marriage 10th edition

FORT MYERS, FL – Fort Myers attorney Luis E. Insignares was recently selected to contribute to the 10th edition of the “Florida Dissolution of Marriage”, an annual publication from the Florida Bar Continuing Legal Education, published by LexisNexis. Insignares was selected to write the pleadings chapter for the updated legal text.

This publication includes the effects of recent amendments and updates for various Florida statues, regarding parenting plans and amendments to the Internal Revenue Code.

A member of the Executive Council of the Family Section of the Florida Bar Association, Insignares has been instrumental in updating changes to the Florida rules and procedures pertaining to the dissolution of marriages based on recent statutory changes. This is reflected in the updated edition which provides guidelines for all Florida attorneys to follow.
