FORT MYERS, Fla., (Aug. 27, 2010) – Carolyn Delizia Swift, a marital and family law attorney, has joined the practice of Luis E. Insignares. Delizia Swift has been practicing exclusively in the area of marital and family law since 2000 and received board certification from the Florida Bar in this specialty in 2007.

Delizia Swift served as president of both the board of the Association of Family Law Professionals, Inc. and the Lee County Association for Women Lawyers. She is a member of the family law section of the Florida Bar and a graduate of Tulane University School of Law.

Her article “Divorce and the Family Business – to Join or Not to Join” was published in the summer 2010 edition of The Commentator, a publication of the family law section of The Florida Bar. Delizia Swift is active in the community serving on the advisory board of the Friends of Six Mile Cypress Slough.
